Louis Heit is licensed in California as both a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and as a  Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT).  He has worked in a wide variety of mental health, psychiatric, and social service settings for over twenty-five years, with extensive experience both in direct clinical practice as well as management, administration, and operations.  He specializes in the treatment of depression, anxiety, and mood disorders such as bipolar disorders, as well as anger and impulse control problems.  He also specializes in the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorders, and has worked extensively with both active-duty military and their families in addressing pre- and post-deployment adjustments and complications.  Click here to learn more.
